This qualification prepares you for further learning and training, and develops a basic knowledge of childcare in early years settings, covering children up to the age of 5 years old. The units include subjects such as the management and organisation of an early years setting, and the value of play.
On this ten week course you will learn:

鈥 Responsibilities of each role within the setting鈥 Safeguarding鈥 Policies and procedures鈥 Legislation鈥 Key Person鈥 Team working鈥 Feedback and review for best practice鈥 How play supports development鈥 Different play types鈥 Meet individual needs

Learning & method assessment
